Social Paintball recently sent out a quick update on their new version 2 platform. The site has a new video player, updated look, video uploads, new photo and podcast uploads, plus some other cool features.
Here’s a video embedded from the site. The player has some cool controls like slow motion, brightness, screensize and more.

Here’s the email that was sent out:
“I never had a chance to thank all you for helping making Social Paintball the premiere paintball video site. Without you, there is no us. So, thanks very much!
We are about to launch a new and improved feature set for Social Paintball Version 2. We will be revealing our new design, new features, and amazing brand-spanking-new HD video player. Heck, we may even let you start earning revenue from your uploaded videos! I’ll be detailing all of our new features once we launch.
With that said, we will be undergoing maintenance for the next few days until we are switched over to the new system.
Once we are live again we will let you know. There is no doubt that once we are back up that bugs will be apparent, so any bugs you find will be much appreciated. We will tweak them and the rest of the site as soon as we find them.
Well, that’s all for now. Don’t worry, we will try our best to not be in maintenance mode for too long. See ya on the site real soon, I think you will all be very impressed and happy with the new site!”
