NPPL P.R.O Referee Training Course and Practice Open to USPL Teams at SC Village
This weekend - July 18 - 19, 2009
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA - July 13, 2009 -  Is your team wanting to get one great practice in before next week’s big event?  Are you a referee wanting to officiate in the USPL or just looking for certification?  The NPPL will be setting up two USPL fields on turf at SC Village for a Referee Training Course this weekend where teams can also play the fields for just $10 per player.
The Training course will be taught by a Certified Trainer of the NPPL Professional Referee Organization (PRO).  This dynamic course covers the art of officiating sanctioned NPPL events.  Referees will gain knowledge on safety, positioning rules, making decisive calls, paintball equipment and general guidelines for refereeing national tournaments.  The course will cover on-field scenarios, positioning, communication and real game action.
What: NPPL PRO Referee Training Course
When: Saturday and Sunday; July 18 - 19, 2009
Where: SC Village Paintball Park, 8900 McCarty Road, Chino, CA
Time: The course will run Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
PRO Referee Cost: No fee for referees already certified but wanting to ref in the USPL
USPL Player Cost: $10.00 fee per player payable at the field.
New Referee Cost: $50.00 certification fee per referee looking to get certified.
